The HECKTOR Challenge is an excellent opportunity for professionals working on three-dimensional segmentation algorithms to present GTV tumor segmentation approaches in PET/CT scans, focusing on oral and pharyngeal cancers.

The 1st edition of the HECKTOR challenge was performed using a data set of 254 patients from 5 centers and attracted about 20 people to participate. In 2021, Hector’s challenge was repeated with a larger data set (325 patients from 6 centers) with the addition of a second task. The 2nd edition of the HECKTOR challenge was successfully held with twice the number of participants, 40 for the first task and 30 participants for the second task.

Following the success of the first two HECKTOR Challenges in 2020 and 2021, this challenge will again be held at the 25th Inteational Conference on Medical Image Computing and Intervention (MICCAI) 2022.

This challenge version also includes fully automatic lymph node diagnosis and segmentation in addition to the primary tumor. The data set is expected to have more than a thousand patients collected from 9 different centers.

دافع یا نابود کننده قارچ

گوگرد به کنترل کپک پودری و قارچ روی برگ گیاهان کمک می‌کند. اگر زمانی که برگ‌ها خشک هستند از گوگرد استفاده شود، این ماده بهترین عملکرد خود را خواهد داشت. علاوه بر این گوگرد پودری مانعی در برابر کپک زدن گیاهان است اما باید در نظر داشت که قبل از مستقر شدن قارچ استفاده شود. پس از باران شدید نیز، استفاده مجدد از گوگرد ضروری است.

گوگرد پوسیدگی قلمه‌های گیاهان گوشتی مانند بگونیا را متوقف می‌کند، به این صورت که ساقه گیاه را قبل از تکثیر به گوگرد آغشته می‌کنند. همچنین باعث توقف کپک زدن روی پیازها و ریزوم‌ها می‌شود. اما عیبی که دارد این است که در دمای بالای ۹۰ درجه فارنهایت (حدوداً ۳۲ درجه سلسیوس) ممکن است برگ‌ها را بسوزاند.

آفت‌کش‌

گوگرد یکی از قدیمی‌ترین آفت‌کش‌هایی است که در بین عموم شناخته شده است. بهترین کاربرد آن برای سبزی‌ها و میوه‌ها است. این ماده شپش‌های گیاهی، کنه‌های عنکبوتی و تریپس را کنترل می‌کند. اما باید مراقب بود، چراکه برای خیار، تمشک و زردآلو سمی است. پودر گوگرد را نمی‌توان با روغن‌های باغبانی مخلوط کرد و به‌عنوان آفت‌کش روی گیاهان مالید، زیرا این ترکیب باعث ازبین‌رفتن گیاه می‌شود. البته باید مراقب خود نیز باشید. برخی از باغداران اگر هنگام استفاده از پودر گوگرد از ماسک صورت استفاده نکنند، ممکن است دچار مشکلات تنفسی شوند.

این نوع گوگرد هزینه کمتری (نسبت به گوگردهای مایع) دارد. این ماده در کود‌دهی به روش چال کود یا آب کود مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد چراکه ماندگاری بالاتری در خاک دارد. همچنین، دارای قابلیت نگهداری بهتری است؛ یعنی راحت‌تر و برای مدت‌زمان بیشتری می‌توان آن‌ها را نگهداشت.

معایب

این ماده به دلیل حالت فیزیکی خود مدت‌زمان زیادی روی گیاه می‌ماند و به همین دلیل ممکن است گیاه را بسوزاند. انسان به‌تنهایی نمی‌تواند میزان مصرف را به طور دقیق کنترل کند. ازاین‌رو کشاورزان نیاز به دستگاه پودر پاش دارند که این خود باعث ایجاد هزینة اضافی می‌شود. گوگرد کاملاً در آب حل نمی‌شود و در صورتی هم که قابلیت ترکیب‌شدن با آب را داشته باشد، پس از مدتی ته‌نشین می‌شود. در نتیجه باید در مخزن آن، همزنی به طور مداوم کار کند.

این ترکیب در اصل یک نوع آهن است و معمولا در مواد غذایی که در طی روز مصرف می‌کنیم وجود دارد. آهن در بدن ما به دو بخش پروتئین هموگلوبین و میوگلوبین متصل می‌شود. وظیفه هموگلوبین انتقال اکسیژن از خون به بافت‌ها و اندام‌ها است. وظیفه میگلوبین نیز کمک‌ رسانی به ذخیره اکسیژن در سلول‌های ماهیچه‌ای است. 

یکی از استفاده‌های سولفات آهن در درمان کم خونی ناشی از کمبود آهن است. مکمل آهن در واقع همان سولفات آهن (ll) است. نمک‌های آهن یکی از انواع آهن معدنی هستند. به طور معمول از این نمک‌ها به عنوان مکمل برای درمان کمبود آهن در بدن استفاده می‌کنند. ویتریول سبز و ویتریول آهن نام دیگر سولفات آهن هستند و فقط یکی از اشکال هندسی عنصر فلزی آهن است.

رنگ بال­‌های جلویی این پروانه تیره‌رنگ با یک لکه زرد رنگ لوبیایی شکل در بخش میانی و یک لکه کوچک زرد رنگ در انتهای آن بال است. بال‌های عقبی به رنگ زرد روشن و به شکل خنجری هستند. تخم‌های این حشره زرد رنگ و بیضوی شکل هستند، که شیارهای طولی بر روی آن وجود دارد. لاروهای این پرنده در هنگام تخم‌ریزی بسیار ریز و سفید هستند که با افزایش سن شفاف‌تر می‌­شوند و در سن چهارم به خاکستری تغییر رنگ می‌دهند.

پروانه چوب‌ خوار پسته در زمستان به‌صورت لاروی کامل در داخل شاخه‌های درخت پسته سر می‌کنند. لاروهای این آفت به طول ۱۰ تا ۱۲ میلی‌متر و به رنگ خاکستری تیره هستند. لاروها در اواخر بهمن و اوایل اسفند به‌محض افزایش دمای محیط (۱۰ درجه سانتی‌گراد) و تغییر شرایط آب و هوایی با ایجاد حفره­‌هایی در روی سرشاخه‌ها از آن خارج می‌شوند. این لاروهای خارج شده بعد از حدود ۲ ساعت به شفیره تبدیل می‌شوند. بال و بدن آن به رنگ تیره و پوشیده از فلس و براق است.

پیله‌ها در یک زمان مشخص (اوایل فروردین تا اوایل اردیبهشت) همگی تبدیل به پروانه می­‌شوند و به یک‌باره شاهد حجم بالایی از این آفت خواهیم بود. حشرات کامل پروانه چوب‌ خوار پسته که طولی در حدود ۸ الی ۱۱ میلی‌متر و عرضی حدود ۱۱ الی ۱۳ میلی‌متر دارند که معمولاً از اوایل فروردین ماه ظاهر می‌­شوند و بعد از جفت‌گیری، حشره ماده روی قسمت‌های انتهایی خوشه و انتهایی شاخه‌های جوان (محل اتصال برگ به شاخه) تخم‌ریزی خود را انجام می­‌دهند و بین ۴۵ تا ۵۵ تخم می­‌گذارند.
